Since we live on a pond, Lucian clearly needed a fishing pole! So, I designed and built a fishing toy this week.
This project was fun to work on and perfect for summer time. I cut the fish out on the laser cutter, but went back to the workshop to cut and drill holes in the dowels.
This was also the first time I have used the milk paint. We use it because it is kid-friendly and they have a ton of fun colors. I really liked using it. It covered very well and I love the way it looks on this project.
Of course, Lucian needed to test it out. He is not ready for the pond yet. So, we put on his bathing suit and found the next best fishing hole… the bath tub.
